Beechworth Golden Horseshoes Festival needs Cinderella Dobbin !

On ABC 774 radio this morning was a lovely interview about the fan-bloody-tastic Beechworth Golden Horseshoes Festival, its origins (yes, there really are horseshoes made of 9 ct gold) and the activities.

Problem is the gee-gee who was going to saunter along in the $45,000 shoes is unable to participate and organisers are now looking for Cinderella to fit the dainty slippers.
A horse 14.2 hh, able to wear a size 5 horseshoe is required.
I imagine contacting the organisers through the usual route would be the way to go (don't bother with carrier pigeon).

Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Leo Nette, Chairman of the Beechworth Golden Horseshoes Committee on (03) 5728-1873 or 0429 606 439.
